    At PolSource, we support the activities of our employees and promote a healthy lifestyle. That is why we have a PolSource running group. Every year our team undertakes a competition during the relay team of companies. In addition to the runners group, we also have a football club. If you like being on the move and spending your free time actively, then you should be interested in participating in one of our sports groups.



    At the beginning of each year, all PolSource employees meet together to celebrate the company performance of the previous 12 months. During the meeting, we have the opportunity to go through the successes and results of the prior year, and hear about business strategy and challenges for the upcoming months. Most importantly, we have the space to meet, talk and spend some time with our colleagues from all company locations.



    At PolSource we have a knowledge sharing culture. Our employees regularly exchange knowledge as well as expand it through a number of development programs, starting with mentoring and ending with the practices we run within the company. In addition to internal activities, we also engage in spreading our technical experience about Salesforce technology. To this end, we organize technical meet-ups aimed at creating a learning and networking space for developers. Our employees also share knowledge by writing technical articles based on cases from our projects.
