Global oversight on Technical Architecture
Krzysztof is with PolSource since 2005. His academic and career background is IT, Statistics and Econometrics. That being so, in addition to his current day to day activities, he’s keeping his coding skills up to date as he finds it very useful when building and working with technical teams (and hey, it’s also fun to do!). Located in Cracow, Poland.
Maciej started working for PolSource as a junior programmer 8 years ago. Over time, he went through the path of regular, senior, and team leader roles. He has been learning Salesforce technology from the beginning of his work with the company. Currently, he’s involved in building and managing IT delivery teams, specializing in Heroku. He is interested in new technologies and organization development. He also likes sports and fast cars. Privately, he devotes his time to his little daughter, with whom he loves to spend his free time.
Pawel joined PolSource in April 2015 as a Senior Salesforce Developer. Over time, he became a Technical Leader in projects for global clients, and then Team Leader of the new branch of PolSource in Lublin. Currently, he’s focused on the development of so-called practices, i.e. intra-company groups aimed at developing skills and exchanging knowledge in the areas of the company's operations. In his free time he regularly runs - in addition to the races organized in his hometown of Lublin, he participated among others in such races as Rzeźniczek (2017 and 2018), Bieszczady Winter Marathon 2018 and Ultra Roztocze 2019.
Sebastian has over 13 years of experience in working for multiple industries, including Banking, Entertainment, Aviation, and Salesforce. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from the Łódź University of technology. He has always been highly fascinated by how to identify and deal with the client's needs by translating them into appropriate solutions. At PolSource, he is responsible for running the Technical Architects Community and leading the technical team in Łódź. In this role, he is providing motivation, guidance and an up to date service to both colleagues and clients. Sebastian spends his free time reading self-development books and working out at the gym.
